A monitored device is one you've put under management. Discovery is free — a gateway can find and map every device on a network and you pay for none of it until you activate one. Your gateways don't count as devices either.
A network is a separate address space with its own gateways — one per client, or per genuinely separate site. Most companies need very few, which is why the MSP plan trades devices for a hundred of them.
Annual billing is ten months for twelve — $590, $2,490, $8,990, and $29,990 for the paid tiers. Extra gateways and team members bill per unit past the included count too, $1.46–$2.99 and $2.99–$8.03 depending on plan.

Do you store our device passwords? +
No. We don't store your device credentials in our cloud. They're relayed to a gateway on your own network and kept encrypted there, on infrastructure you run. You can verify it by running the self-hosted edition and watching the traffic yourself.
Which vendors do you support? +
Discovery and monitoring work across Cisco, Juniper, Arista, UniFi, Netgear, EdgeRouter and more, using standards like LLDP/CDP, SNMP, and SSH rather than a single vendor's API. Change management support varies by platform — the fastest way to check your gear is to run the trial against it.
Do I have to use your cloud? +
No. The free edition runs entirely on your own hardware — a single container with everything inside. The managed cloud adds multi-site scale, redundancy, and hands-off operation when you want it.
How does the gateway reach the cloud? +
The gateway makes an outbound connection to the platform — you don't open any inbound ports or expose your network. It only needs to reach the devices you want managed and the internet.
What happens to my network if I leave? +
Your gateways and your data are yours. There's no agent buried in your config and no vendor lock-in — hand a network to an MSP or take it back on your own terms.
